Default OT: Where are the header(s) on a turbo car?

Disclaimer: B2 is turbo retarded.

I was looking and discussing with my friend about his car, '02 WRX, and I was wondering where the header goes out to? This is what I saw from his car:
Intake->Turbo->up-pipe->downpipe->cat->catback exhaust

So where does the header hook up to?

There is no "header" on a turbo car. A naturally aspirated car normally has exhaust ports-header-cat-catback. However, a turbo car becomes exhaust ports-turbo manifold (the turbo equivalent of header)-turbo-downpipe-cat-catback.

I hope that made sense. By the way, I'm visiting Taiwan for a month in a few weeks...are there any import parts in Taiwan that are cheaper there than here? I dont' know any import tuners in Taiwan, so I can't ask them.

haha, taiwan is great. The best thing by far I ahve found to import are jdm honda 3 point steering wheels w/ airbags. They are oem on every honda made there, no matter how shitty and well... people like them. And if you don't know any tuners there, walk in one of the garages you see a bunch of bmw's and MB's in and flash some american green. It won't be as cheap as I get it but it'll still be a good deal compared to here.

The scooby WRX has CROSSHEADERS that connect to the turbo.

anyone got some marinara for this spaghetti? you can see the two exhaust ports on each side and then they all collect 4-1 and go to the turbine.

if you just say 'exhaust manifold' all the time you cant go wrong with terminology
