Hey Guys

I am currently running a 98 JDM B18c in my Civic. Motor is boosted. Running 5 Psi.
I tuned and dynoed the car at about 210 to the wheels. I was happy with performance, but I am yearning for more power.

I picked up a good deal on a GSR Longblock, and I am beginning a rebuild of the bottom end. Forged internals, blockguard, arp bolts etc.

My question is should I use the USDM GSR head or use the JDM Type R head?
If I use the GSR head I would retain GSR cams and do a mild port and polish.
Port match the Intake and turbo manifold. I would also have to buy an intake manifold, Skunk2 or Blox. I would also be able to sell Type R longblock complete.

If I use the Type R head I would retain the Type R cams, I could re-use the intake and port match it along with turbo manifold. It does mean that I would be splitting up the Type R longblock.

How much of a performance difference is there between the 2 heads?
What other opinions have I overlooked?

I'd stay with a ITR head and get a victor X manifold.
