Default head stuck help!

found this little fitting thay goes in the block thay controls oil pressure on the cylinders. ( why it was removed is beyond me). I got everything unbolted but the head will not budge, i can get all corners to start to lift except the alternater corner one. Ice tried prying it off but endes up snapping a 3/4 wrench in half.
Any suggestions would be great.

Remove the last bolt... It is almost impossible for it to be that stuck unless you are missing something. Also, get your head checked because if you are breaking wrenches, there is a possibility you have damaged it.

Your missing something. What engine? Why are you trying to pry it with tools? You'll be very lucky if you didn't mess anything up

Well to pry it you have to be putting the tool against the block or head surface which isn't good either way. What engine? Arp head studs?
