Default Head separating from block

anyone ever experience this ? My integra has done this on 2 occasions now...1st time, it cause me to cook my bottom end. I caught it this time, but i don't know why it's happening. Ever since i boosted my Teg, it will run fine for just a short while, maybe a day, and then all of a sudden it's a wave of oil shooting out the back of the head where it meets the block. This is at 7-8 psi. anyone know why ?

I think that your head is probably warped, have you had it decked?

well, I hope that isn't the case. Because this second time, I got a Jasper engine, and it comes fully assembled from the cams down.

what gasket did they use what what head studs any machining done to both surfaces.

It could be possibility your head is not sitting flush down to the deck of the block.

the actual dowels might be too long. its possibility. Do they use factory gaskets or do they use aftermarket

They use all OEM parts. I've had one of their engines before in a Blazer, and it ran awesome. Never had one problem with it. I've seen videos of footage of thier rebuild processes and such. And it's amazing how much treatment they go through. Every clearance, spec, and adjustment is checked over and over again.
All material is OEM Honda. I'm just wondering if maye I jumped on my motor too soon and actually forced the head to lift up a little bit. Is that possible ? If so, would it be possible to tighten the head studs ? or put new ones in, possibly ARP studs ?

I'm hoping....this is getting to be a bit more costly than what's it worth.

ethier your head is warped and needs to be milled or your head gasket might have warped and needs to be replaced. try a leakdown test first.
