Head question??
my block is being rebuilt soon enough, eagle rods didnt decide on pistons yet, new crank bearings, all the rings etc...
the block is also being re-punched to make it like new, originally the engine has 230 000km on it, (b18b) now my question is what about the head? some people people have told me that heads dont really break according ot mileage but what should i do? i dont want to go vtec yet, so should i keep my old 230 000km head or should i look for a newer one, taking that i will not be putting any mods in the head, maybe a small port but thats it, no cam no new valves etc....

If you planning to change cyl heads later down the road, I would just use what you have. At least get it cleaned up and inspect it...you can use it until you switch cyl heads. Have a good import head shop check the usual items out (deck, valve seats, etc)
