Default Head + Manifold = Problems????

recently I just notice something. One of the bolt came off my HKS manifold. I inspect and try to replace it. The bolt just keep turning and it won't be tighing. I mean it just turn and turn (I can remove that bolt with my hand right now).
Could it be stripped???
Any help would be great.

You guessed it. Just throw a Heli-Coil in it and go easy on the Aluminum when your torquing your bolts and nuts down.

I know it is the right size. I got those from Honda Parts dept.

How does the Heli-Coil works???

Right now I am thinking about replace the head, nippon leakless gasket, and ARP Head Stud.

Or

Should I bring it to the shop to see if they can fix it.

If you're going the ARP route, you'll probably be checking your head for square and having it resurfaced if necessary. While the head is at the shop, have the guys throw a TimeSert in where the stripped hole is. Just make sure they don't drill too far and puncture an oil/coolant passage or combustion chamber.

I'm with DaX, Timeserts are much better. Sure, they cost a little more but they work a whole lot better
