head gaskets and copper spray...

Are the metal oem gaskets still the choice...or have some of you used aftermarket gaskets for boosted applications? (ie. Mr. Gasket from summit catalog)

Is copper spray recommended or a no-no?

yeah, i have used copper spray on oem and aftermarket gaskets (cometic). I think it is not recommended on the MR.Gasket gaskets.

are the Mr. Gasket's any good? What's your experience w/ them...

when you use copper spray on the oem gaskets, what's your method of application...is there anything special I should know about?
