Default head gasket question with boost

http://www.f-max.com/Detonation%20Management-Honda.htm I was reading this page, and if you go down to the headgasket part, they are saying that if you put on this headgasket, you dont need to mess it the timing at all up to 13 psi on stock applications. is this true?? what have you guys dealt with?

yeah but they are saying that is on 92 octane gas, which is the supreme gas. I run the 92 octane already. if that is the case, I definately want to get one. im only going to run a max of 8 psi. probably 6 psi mostly. just want to know what kind of timing issues I will have
