Long story short, I have a 90 prelude, bored and re-sleeved to 8mm by golden eagle, no one offers an after market gasket, so can i just copper coat the stock one? I plan on running 20-25lbs at max, but around 15-18 on the street. Thanks for all your help.

Forgot to mention, GE can't modify my stock head gasket because it is a paper head gasket, no one makes a metal OEM one for my engine, so can I use the paper one and copper coat it for boost? Thaknks.

 

Sooooooooo, the question remains..... Paper head gasket, coated with coper spray, will it hold boost? Anyone? Thanks guys.

stock isnt papaer, its metal, and youre taking a chace coating it with copper, i would spend the money and buy a new one

 

stock is paper. its a 90 prelude, no metal head gaskets are offered
