Default head gasket maybe

my setup is a 95 gsr with eagle rods and je pistons arp head studs honda head gasket, stock head. msd 6al ignition s300. i have been having a problem with my coolant lines exploading for the past few weeks and i hardly ever drive the car. when i had the motor bored i had the head decked. i just replaced the head gasket because i was told this was the problem and it fixed it for about 3 days. at first i thought it was the cometic .051 gasket i had, and i took apart the head to retourque it down and the head studs were really loose. i tightened them down to 80lbs and ended up replacing the gasket 3 days later because it didnt fix it. i put a funnel in the radiator and filled it with water and i can see bubbles comming out, and when i rev the motor a little bit they get worse. does anyone know the problem. maybe my head is warped.
