Default Head gasket?

Started loosing a little bit of water. Thank it might be the head gasket but there is no water in the oil or oil in the water. The pipe going to the rad seems to get really hard too. The head gasket was only done about 3000 mile ago but i did reuse the head bolts any ideas?
Might get a thicker gasket this time and bolts so any one with some contacts would help as there is not many turbo part available here in the UK.

Are you getting any over heating problems or anything? I've seen overheating when the head gasket didn't seal.

It was smoking a little, but that was my oil return had a slight slope but thats ok now and i have no smoke. I think i might have cured it tho.
The pipe that does from the radiater to the expansion tank has touched the down pipe and now has a hole in it. When the pressure built and it push some water out to the expansion tank it was leaking through this pipe, when the pressure dropped it sucked air.
Have made i little bracket to hold it away now.
