Default Head!?

Okay so i plan on building my stock ls up for turbo and want to squeez power out of it. right now im trying to figure out what head i should use. i know that the b16 head has slight better flow to it then gsr but ive heard reasons to go with gsr and some people say that it doesnt matter.

So i was wondering what some opinions on a better head not from a statistical point of veiw but from experience. Any one have better luck or power using either one or the other.

I do plan on putting upgraded valves, springs and retainers if that matters.
thanks

The differences are so small that either one will do the job.If your staying with a stock intake than the b16 is easier to deal with.

What makes it easier to deal with anything specific or just overall easier to work on and modify?

It's more compact than the gsr and doesn't have the secondary butterflys to deal with.
