It looks like we will be sending the manifold back to Full-Race to have the number 1 runner redone.
The altenator is literally against the runner and the plug doesn't want to cooperate either due to this.

Ahh come on, didnt you know the new bandwagon is to not run alternators? All they do is add weight, just plug the car in overnight. J/k Cant you fab something up?

lol
The clearances really suck no matter where the altenator is positioned. The easiest thing is to redo the runner.

for Full Race
I think its stupid for a company to make such a nice piece just for it to be unusable in the end. They are becoming more like xs power.

Yep, Full-Race took good care of us with the wastegate issue. Hopefully they can reroute the runner.

i just wonder why not even make an attempt to install the manifold before sending it out to any one. I just feel that this mistake could of easily be fixed the first time around.

What's that piece that the alternator mount is attached to?
You could try ESP's Alt relocation kit that sits it way down where the A/C used to be.

Because they can't have every engine/chassis combo. I'm sure they get a rought estimate and work from there, and when they have the chance of the engine/chassis combo, they do it.
And they always back their customers up.
What more can you ask? They made a mistake, they fix it

truth right there..
Thank you!
Our H22 manifolds have been discontinued for almost a year. The fitment issues with the dozen or so engine/chassis combo's are only one of many reasons we do not offer products for the H-Series motor at this time. I believe this customer has been taken care of and will be receiving the manifold back in about a week or so.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our quality control procedures please feel free to give me a call as I am more than willing to discuss them.

there was no way that you could have extended the alternator out farther to clear the runner? meaning make a bracket that extends it out about 2" away from the block. and just get a longer belt?

Yep, Aaron contacted me letting me know you guys are taking care of the issue. I'll post up pictures once everything is done. Hopefully we get this car finished by the end of the month and on the dyno.

I just wanted to give you guys an update. Full-race took care of the altenator problem but there's a minor issue elsewhere. They are going to have that fixed for us and hopefully we'll get this car tuned in the next 2 weeks.
