Has anyone run GT45 on street hondas?
I know many people run GT42R on their hondas but never heard anyone run GT45 on their hondas. I'm assuming these are not ballbearing cuase they're not water cooled. any input

Re: (vaporboy12)
If you're running that large of a turbo on a street honda, you already have a deathwish. Just cut out the rad support and whatever else gets in the way.
Would there be any logical reason for not just running a smaller turbo with more psi? I can't see any street-legal car (DOT rubber) using the 800+ hp capacity that turbo would have on a honda. Most 400hp cars have traction problems into 4th with drag radials on the road.

On a street driven Honda? Stupidity comes to mind if not only for bragging rights...

with my boost controller turned off....on 25 inch slicks.....clutch out......from a roll.......with a GT35R......my car had Z-E-R-O traction on the street.
i think a 45R is gonna just be too small.

its much larger, and isnt ball bearing because its a big shaft turbo, not to mention most come with a t6 inlet flange

I guess I cant use GT45 then. I was trying to avoid the GT42R bandwagon
