Happy Customers Car
Well we made a happy camper our of one of our local friends.
The setup:
Stock d16z6 (for now )
Garrett T3 48 ar exhaust 60 ar intake
tial 35mm wastegate (old skooo, 2 year old bov, ONLY USED FOR 1 WEEK SO FAR!)
304 polished stainless charge lines, air filter tube, bov vent back tube
304 log manifold
304 full 3" downpipe with FACTORY X MEMBER AND ZERO NOTCHING AND ZERO DENTING
304 dumptube
johnnyracecar new style 8" intercooler
vafc
380cc rc injectors
greddy type s bov
soon to come:
obd1 conversion with crome and 450 cc injectors
built engine
sc61
20-30 psi of boost
in first gear full boost at 3800rpm (12 psi of boost)
by routing bov back to turbo we are able to keep full boost throughtout every gear when he shifts and even with granny shifts. also that greddy type s bov is quite with the route back so when he gets the new exhaust, and new bumper and paints intercooler it will be an awsome sleeper
well enough for the talk now for the pics!!

Re: (mrbsponge)
It is neither. He got it from one of his friends for 70$ and doesnt know who it is made by. I call the guy crazy because there is close to 200$ just in aluminum material in it lol.

Now that's what you call a TIGHT-*** work space. I hate to take off all those components just to fix something. Looks nice by the way.

With the exception of what you made for him, thats the most disgusting engine bay ever. Tell him to try cleaning it once in a while.
Nice job though.
