Default Haltech E6K Tuned Civic

guys,

Im running a DIY turbocharged D16Y8 motor.
List of stuff I've done:

-mitsu VR4's TD04 twin fin turbo
-mitsu VR4's intercooler
-Evo3 550cc injectors
-Bosch 910 external fuel pump
-2pcs OEM metal headgasket stacked together
-Stock internals, no sleeving, no wastegate
-gonna get it tuned using Haltech E6K fully programmable

so guys, any idea where I'll hit?? I'm aiming for 230whp. Well, with 200whp I'll be glad. Want some opinions and comments before i get it tuned, so that I could have some realistic expectation.

thanks all in advance

pics of my car (sorry for the poor quality image )

I would definatly change your clutch. At 230whp the stock clutch may last a while but you will need a clutch eventually.

Unless the turbo has an internal wastegate, you're going to need something to control the boost.

And I don't know about the double stacked headgaskets either. That might work, or it could cause alot of headaches down the line. Keep it simple. There are plenty of 200whp D16's with "virgin" blocks. (meaning: never been opened up to replace anything)

Also, if the turbo you're using is off the twin turbo VR4, then I'm guessing it's a small TD04 based 13G. It's smaller than the regular DSM 14B, so you'll need more boost to reach your power goals.

akimoto who is going to tune your Haltech? I have a Haltech in my CRX and I'm having a huge problem locating a tuner for it, I'm located in New Jersey.

Thanks
