don't run the hack on a turbo and nitrous motor. the hack manipulates timing too much

It would help if we knew injectors and what not. How are we supposed to tell you if we have no idea. We could say -40 and you only have like 310s in there....

If your going to use the Hack the tune it on a dyno or get it tuned some where.

You should never use any settings anyone gives you.

Just my opinion.

Correct! Your ignition timing is already pretty far advanced in the low boost range, the nitrous is asking for trouble.

The BTM is useless, it does nothing worth having for an AFC hack vehicle.

Selling the MSD, BTM, and 2 step attachment funds your chip burner and wideband when you step to Uberdata hint hint. (it has FTL aka 2 step)

Nothing against the MSD blaster coil, those are nice upgrades, but the MSD box has issues anyway, you don't want one.

don't listen to these guys....the hack works great....no sense in ditching it for some utopian DIY chip that half the people on HMT run (Look how their motors end up)....

Anyways go get it professionally tuned ...my **** is set at -40 across the board cept for high boost and then -37 in WOT

It isn't safe - it's one of those things you do and get away with. If you wish to spray nitrous as well, I'd say it's very unsafe, good luck getting away with it for any period of time.

as I was just explaining on another thread... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1020368

"... the hack was cheaper for me and for others that have to change ecu's to make the uberdata work. so for now I am running the hack but I despritely want to switch to a p28/ uberdata. the problem is the p28's are pricey and everyone knows they are worth more now (100ish+).

I have been hanging on for some P0A or p13 support, but it seens the help will never come... I try to read up as much as I can on pgmfi and uberdata forum.

anyways I have alot of retard in the timing, and dont daily drive my car... when I do I never roll into throttle (boost) with it loaded up in gear@ low rpm (so I dont hang in the hella advanced area).

überdata "

the afc is getting me by till I can do something else... running 10 psi on 93/ 100 octane mix, cooler plugs, etc..

mathmatically it would be like a -40 setting on the vafc to make the 450cc's close to your stock. not sure if it is that simple though... although I was thinking a good place to start for idle and low rpm.

we need a cheap wb and diy knock sensor readout.

The LM-1 sells for $349, including the oxygen sensor (Bosch LSU4.2), 10' sensor cable, 10' power cable, serial PC cable, and software..
