Default H2B QSD TWIN

well i totaly finish my h2b swap on my car i go and turn on the car for a test drive and i hear a griding noise coming out off the trany only when u engage the clutch when u disengage it stop so i figure its coming out off the clutch assembly well i remove the transmision out nad it appers like there a problem somewere betwwen the fly wheel and the h2b kit itself such as i dont hear to many h2b guys using a twin disc on this set up so ur opinion i s great full on what can be going on here some pics
this is with the bolts that the qsd kit came with install in the twin flywheel

now this what it looks like with out a bolt

now i custom made these washers cause the qsd bolts were tight before it could touch the flywheel

here is with a stock b-series bolt but not enough thread to torque right
http://i35.photobucket.com/alb...2.jpg
now here are the 2 bolts of the fly wheel stock and the qsd ones

here is the twin disc clutch and it appears the when i am engangin its not stoping the clutch completely look at the disc close and i am using the twin throw out bearing what ur opinion can be to fix this problem ,,,bigger spacer or just sell the clutch and get a stock fly wheel with a stage 5 that the way qsd design it [freak]ed dam

Twin discs make noise when the clutch pedal is depressed. When you put it in neutral and let out the clutch pedal, the noise should stop.
