Default H22A4 Boostin

Hey I'm gonna be boostin my 98 lude prolly in march. Im wonderin whats better? Should I buy a turbonetics kit or individually buy each part? I'm new to boostin, i kno the general parts I'd need. I'll have about 3500 bucks the most by march. Can someone help me out? If I should go custom can u list me what I should get? Thanks
