I'm pretty sure he is.

But personally, I would get it resleeved just for the peace of mind when running moderately "high" amounts of boost. (15+ psi)

as for sleeving, I suggest it, but boring and honing the stock sleeves...any machine shop should be able to do it

Basically jeff thinks you should sleeve!! and he is skeptical of the new sleeves.. Are you guys sure u wanna risk your block on something that has not been tested???
I would also be sceptical of any such claims...You wont see me doing this anytime soon. At least not until a few people try it out and prove that it wont screw up their stock sleeves.

But since I have an open deck H22 I will sleeve anyways, cause even if the weakness of the piston ringland problem is taken care of, the new weak link would probably be the open deck design.
