Default h22a setup

setup as follows:
obd1 built h22a (cp's 9.0:1, eagle rods, sleeves ect..)
sc61 .83ar with custom manifold
38mm tial wg
rc 750cc inj
aem fuel rail
custom intercooler seup
malpassi fuel reg
3'' exhaust
Autronic smc ecu (with required sensors)
Vtec controller

I'm not from the states so be patient with my questions as the support for h22a's isn't that common.
My question is that with this setup, is my standard ignition (ie coils) letting me down? WHat can the standard ignition coils cope with in terms of hp?
I haven't researched too much into things like msd's and the like and am wondering what else i'll need to achieve to get 400+hp.

Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

An ignition upgrade would be a good idea if your pushing 400 whp. The stock should be good for near 300, but bigger is usually better......

I'm running an MSD 6al box, stock cap, stock coil, stock wires. Denso Iridium plugs. It's made 627hp/486 ft-lb without any ignition related issues. Save your money, you don't need to start upgrading until you're sure you reaced the limit of the components you're replacing. It made 400+hp without the MSD, I just added it because I wanted to run the 2-step rev limiter.
