h22a looking for 300ish whp. What turbo???

Hey, everyone. I have a stock h22a and I'm hoping to get 300 whp. What turbo will get me there and have a quick spool? I would really like to know what holset would be best for my goals? But, go ahead and make your recommendation with any turbo. My car is a DD and will see some track action every once and a while. Thanks.

Try googling the H22 Turbo and use Honda-Tech as a keyword. There are plenty of threads regarding this, just not a good search engine from the IB server
