Default H22A boost levels?

How much boost can I run with a stock H22A turbo? What about if I run a lower comression head gasket? How about nitrous levels? Reason I am asking is because we are building a little shop car and want to know what are limits are without bulding the motor.

Thanks, Jason

9psi on a stock H22A is the highest I've seen, and that's with stock compression, stock timing, pump gas.

NOS did a true 100 shot to the wheels(125 shot direct port) on 2 GSR's.....they both grenaded on their 15th run. I did a 136 shot direct port on my stock 96 Accord motor and pulled a 12.7 @ 109.89MPH no problem. If this is going to be strictly a drag car I would go 136 shot no problem with a designated fuel system like mine..........Then max out the sportsman fogger system(150 shot!!!!) and pull some real fast times! Good Luck!

in line pro in virginia ran a h22 in a hatch (gutted), stock motor from head to toe, lower compression head gasket, and s-afc. at 17 lbs of boost they went 10.50's all day long, with a best of like 10.45 @ 136 mph. they had tremendous axle problems. had they ever bought stronger axles and were able to up the boost, low 10's NO PROBLEM very easy. the owner of the car had to part it due to financial reasons.

good luck
