is it possible to boost a h22a4 and use is as a daily drive without changing the internals...cuz i know someone that has a gsr with 200,000 miles one it boosted with just new gaskets and he's has about 220,000 now

Turbo kits do it all the time with 6-8 lbs. I suspect that 10 -12 lbs. would be ok with good tuning. Stock sleeves and especially pistons seem to be problem areas.
