Default H22 turbo internals?

Anyone with a h22 turbo setup running more than 10 PSI please post details of internals your using? i.e. rods, pistons, sleeves

I have searched but keep getting info on stock h22 turbo blocks

Thanks

each piece is up to you who u want to use. I recommend. I use darton, cp and eagle. You just really have to research and see what you like the best

recommend ARP head studs when you build the motor. Lots of people use JE pistons, Eagle Rods. You choose the sleeving depending on your bore

Personally, I recommend:
GE Sleeves
Pauter Rods
CP Pistons

Also look into AEBS head studs. It's a viable alternative to ARP head studs.

First of all, what are your goals? consider your budget, and what you intend to do.

the bulk of your money may be better spent on engine management than just making your block stronger...

if you are only going 10-15 psi on street gas, you may be able to get away with a thick head gasket, arp studs, and a well tuned ecu. (considering your engine is good to begin with)

All of those things are good but wont mean anything if you don't take of the bottom end. I've seen it to many times were guys try and go cheap and end up spending twice as much in the long-run than if they would have done it right the first time and will last. Like they always say " You get what you pay for" with us. Let us know if we can help.

Are AEBS very competitive? I have heard they make head bolts but ARP seem the more popular?

Same with sleeves I see AEBS and Darton sleeves? My engine builder recommends Darton and from what Ive seen on h22 builds it seems to be the way to go.

I have not contemplated management just yet but am considering AEM EMS, Zydene. Ive spent enoguh money on the engine build not to go and run it on an SAFC/VAFC etc. Is it worth considering chipping the P13/P72 ECU?

I say 10-15 PSI but we always get hungry later down the line, I would like to build in a little flexibility in that case, im looking for 20PSI max lets say

Thansk for your help guys, really appreciated

Thanks for the replies guys, Ive decided on some 87mm darton sleeves, CP pistons 9:0:1 and pauter rods. Can anyone recommend a supplier/website where I can pick up most if not all these parts? I am from the UK and shall be having the parts shipped accross.

Other items im looking for include;
ARP head bolts
Standard thickness Cometic Head gasket
ACL bearings

Would be nice to purchase these all from the one place if possible

Thanks

Would anyone recommend trying to build the head on my own or should this be done by a pro shop?
