H22 turbo
Puttin a H22 into my del sol. I have a Mitsubishi first gen turbo on the 1.6 sohc in there now. Question i have for all of you is Do you know if i can get a manifold for the H22 to use the turbo (td-o4h greddy kit) i have now? Greddy won't sell theirs seperate and i can't find anything that will work. Also any suggestions on if i should get a different turbo or should i use the same one

Not only will there be some problems with finding the manifold for it, but the flanging from the Greddy units compared w/ the mitsubishi Heavy Industry units is going to be vastly different on the turbine side.
That turbo is going to be vastly inefficient for an H22A for ANY amount of hp, because of the amount of heat that will be generated from reaching past the surge point of efficiency of that turbo. Even the Greddy 18G turbo we have found to be very inefficient as well, and have found that a different spec'd T3/T04E should be in order to make sufficient power for the H22A for about 7-8psi, which is about all that the stock sleeves can handle because of the block design.
Don't waste time with that turbo, even if it's "free".. Sell it, use it as a paperweight, whatever, but honestly. This type of snail in my professional opinion is not a good idea..
