Default h22 trans and clutch

Ok so my trans start to tick tick on 680hp h22.

looking for new and strong trans that want brake....i tried to search but every one is complaining on the h22 trans even the build ones.

any other option?

At this opportunity i am looking for twin plate clutch, now using competition stage 5 ,does the twin plate from this company will do the job?

Thanks!

Well at that hp level nothing Oem is going to hold up for long. If you want to continue to run big powers start saving up for a gearset

This is not in the correct forum, should be in the drivetrain forum....but you could and should look into doing an H to B tranny set up, basically an adapter plate so you can run a B series tranny as they have better gearing options, and seem to be much stronger than H tranny's.

A healthy LS tranny with a LSD added would probably make you happy.

There is currently a group buy going on the Saenz gearsets. Here is the link. Only way you are going to hold power reliably for a longer period of time. Saenz group buy thread.

actually a LS tranny would be worst then a H22 tranny.. you need to look into Geargear trannys.. You looking at 4k to 10k for one.. Pluse Bseries trans are going to start failing at that HP range too

As he loses all acceleration using the LS transmission with that low *** 4.2FD.. He'll need the gearset in any transmission regardless of whether it is H or B for the kind of driving he's doing, but either way, an LS or LS-styled transmission is the last thing he needs..

No that's just a rebuilt factory trans. Either turn the power down or start saving for a trans build.
