Default h22 map compared to the gsr map (uberdata)

ok, i started from scratch with a basemap for an h22... now i built one from the gsr bin.... now, i looked at the timing section and the base timing for the gsr must have been 16.5... now, for an h22 and for the h22 maps i have seen the basetiming is set at 15... i have been told that you can run an h22 2 degrees out from the 15... what should i do? adjust the dizzy timing to match 16.5 or adjust the uberdata timing to 15? (how would i do this?) thanks guys for the noob tunning help ( i would have posted on uberdata site, but i get all clustah fucked on that site and i though you guys could help me faster...)
