Default H22 Fully built Turbo Setup

Hello everyone, after being out of racing for about 2 years now I am about to buy a car from a good friend of mine, I have never been into H22 to be honest and have no experience whatsoever with this engine.I am getting the car with a fully built motor that has less than 3k miles on it, here are the specs:
+H22A4 Block
-Darton MID Closed deck sleeves 84mm
-CP Pistons 9:1 compression ratio
-Eagle Rods
-Micropolished and Balanced Crankshaft
-New gaskets, OEM Water Pump, Oil Pump, Head Gasket, etc.
-Crower Valves
-Skunk2 Springs and Retainers
-Golden Eagle Intake Manifold
-70mm Throttle Body
-H22 Transmission
-Competition Twin Disc Clutch
-Racing Axles
The car has no turbo kit on it since he was braking the motor in and never got a chance to finish the started proyect, so here is my turbo setup. I am basically looking not to spend tons of money on this because Im not looking to be the fastest car out there, I just wanna have a clean and reliable setup that runs low 10's in the quarter mile.
I was thinking of the following:
GT40 TURBO
Ram Turbo Manifold
Tial 44mm Wastegate
1000cc Injectors
255 Walbro High Flow Fuel Pump
P-fabrications 800hp Intercooler
3'in Piping
Hondata s300
I would like know if this is a good setup, I wanna run low tens and not use more than 28psi on the turbo to make it realiable as I could boost 40psi and run better with a better turbo and fuel system but I know that it wont last that long.
Any suggestions will be appreacited,
by the way the car is a 1994 Civic Dx Hatchback EG
Thanx

LSD?

Maybe also get another walbro, or better still add a bosch 044 in-line fuel pump before the rail..
Maybe bigger diameter fuel lines and an Aeromotive 1000hp FPR

I was actually thinking of going with an outside Electric Fuel Pump, getting bigger fuel lines and getting 1600cc injectors just for the fact that I might wanna upgrade the turbo setup later and try to reach for bigger horsepower goals, I dont know yet.
I would not mind spending extra money and taking longer to do the proyect right and try to get 850hp and trying to run 9's but the problem that I hear is that H22 trannys suck. From previous experiences with hondas I think that If you are gonna try to run 9's and go above 800hp you must have a bad *** transmission to go with the whole setup, and that gets freaking expensive. Im thinking of investing some money and getting a B series conversion and try a gsr with Quife LSD.
Give me some opinions,
Thanx
