ok i was wondering w/c valvetrain to go with. bottom end i knw i have to sleeve it but from wat i heard theres another route so u dont have to sleeve it.if i went with the mahle pistons gold series do u guys think i would able to boost really high and produce 500 whp.is egle rods would able to hold 500 whp thanks

I have had several set-ups break 500whp on the eagle rods. Typically I use them for around 450whp and after that I prefer to use a better rod.

As far as the mahle's go, search. You are much better off running a traditional forged piston and having your block sleeved. FRM lined cylinders are tricky to work with and not very many people will hone them. For valve-train components, I would go with supertech

mahle pistons, eagle rods setup here...only running 8psi at the moment, i will be upping the boost this weekend...i'll post results when i'm done...

before i bent the valve i was pushing 261whp and 221tq on 7 psi on stock motor jdm h22a w/ a f22b tranny.
will supertech valvetrain work with crower turbo cams
