How is an exhaust full without a cat or muffler? FMU's are not the most popular fuel management. Harldy ever do you see big numbers with an FMU. A 3" exhaust would help a lot and 550cc injectors are my minimum for turbo apps.

the point of using an fmu is to use small injectors. big injectors, an fmu, check valves/missing link and stock ecu dont go together. if you use a fmu you have to use small injectors.

Re: guess on HP #'s (JDogg)
well im a trying a somewhat new setup, me and denis howell( the performance shop guy) set it up, im a mechanic at a honda dealership i know the does and donts of fuel. The setup up consists of a SFMU, audi 370cc injectors(plug into honda harness), a tapped stock fuel rail to return fuel faster to the tank, a tapped port for a fuel pressure gauge, and a 3/8 upgraded steel line from the FUm to the tank(replacing the stock return system. we figured it out on paper, to have the car idle correctly and to be able to run higher boost we would need about 23 PSI of idle fuel pressure w/ vacum (32 PSI without vacum), to run safely 12-14 PSI i am currently running 12PSI daily w/ no stand alone and no problems thus far. We were basically trying to find a cheaper form of fuel managment versus a stand alone and so far its done the trick, i think stand alones are to much of a hassle for dealing witha daily driven car unless u have tons of money to spend, but those are just my thoughts. dyno chart coming soon.

you could run a socketed ecu with a rom editor fairly cheap... it requires more learning and work in that aspect though.
an fmu is a glorified rising rate regulator... I dislike them and the high fuel pressure they create. what rate regulator btw you running? hopefully not a 12:1... for the reason just stated.
btw I am guessing 220-240whp
