Damn.. those are cheap as hell. My defi boost gauge requires the link management unit and that cost me an arm and a leg.

basically thats it ... the defi link system uses a control unit in which all sensors go to. the guages are then wired to each other (linked up) and one of them plugs into the control unit .. clean and easy.

definately don't pay msrp on defi guages .. they cost a grip. look around for deals like virens

I can't see where it says mechanical or electrical, just boost says mechanical?? I really like the gauges and the prices seem very good, however I dont want mechanical gauges!!!

It looks like boost only comes in mechanical. Everthing else is electrical.

Check out the install instructions for each of the gauges on the Defi site. The setup will tell you if it's mechanical or electrical.
