Has anyone use the GT40 turbo before. I'm thinking about buying one but wanna get some feedback on it. How's is it compare to the t67 perhaps?

Yup, same thing I was thinking. What people do not realize is that the GT40 compressor and 67mm compressor flow just about identical. Why pay the price of a GT40 compressor when there is a 67mm that does the same thing. Add an effcient turbine wheel like the GT40 and you have a good effective inexpensive turbo. Last year we called this turbo the GGT, or cool guy turbo and this turbo made 909whp on meth. This same turbo was also used to power Venom in the 1st ever fwd car in the 8's 2 years ago. Anyhow this is all I will say since my opinion doesnt mean anything anymore..

i definatley agree. Garrett is pushing the GT this GT that blah blah blah becuase they are BADASS TURBOS, but the big problem is they dont make a good big GT turbo. So what is the point??? i dont know.. what i do know is that garrett doesnt listen to any of us tho that is for sure.

Its amazing to me that they want SOOO much to get into this market, but they listen to GM and NHRA, the only ppl who have no place in it, and they certainly wont listen to us.

... and so goes life.

Man that's funny Garrett called me up the other day asking my opinion on what they shoudl do for their GT line of turbos! I just yelled "I'M BOOSTFED BITCH!" (Dave Chappelle voice) and Hung up on their ***!
