were at 34psi with a 2.0 lsvtec on 91 octane with water/meth injection

you can over spin the wheel its just going to frie the bearings is it still holding that 34psi at redline ? ive seen 550whp from a 3076 dont remember what hotside tho.

You're at the limit, and at a point where you're just creating hot inake air and putting additional stress on the shaft system by going these rotational speeds. Its only 52lbs/min for heaven's sake. Time to upgrade.

 

it hits about 34.8 at 5.5-7.5k then drops to about 29@8700
it s makeing a flat powerband at 5k to 7.5k then slowly drops(but pretty flat)
max hp is 582 on a dynojet
on e85 it cracks 600 but no more e85 around here station closed........

the injections is cooling it down really good iat is under 110

do u think the shaft can handle 38psi?
can we snap the shaft from over spining it.......

 

I wouldent say it would snap but anything can happen I am sure you will kill the turbo I wouldent keep pushing it you are in 35r territory sell it and buy something else.

 

yeah i would sell that turbo and uprade to something bigger forsure. get like a 6265 or 6765

although ill tell ya a lopez has a s372 up for sale in the for sale forum for 600 bones thats a crazy deal

or i have a pt67 thats pretty ballzy as well i picked it up for 400 bones

but a precision turbo never again for us........(we bought three 6262 before and none of them prove anything good)
-pt67 is a power maker but never last for us........
and now that new t67 on the b16 already has compressor houseing contact with blade.....

the only reliable turbo we got to used is the gt3076 and gt35r
hopefully we can get a 42r with ballbearing.................

my pt67 after two passes. precison said dirty oil and wouldnt warranty. buuuulshit

my t66 made 570@26
my pt67 made 640@24 so im really happy with it

i have heard of people having the issues with the billet turbo's though i want a 6765,and im ready to get it but kinda shaky on pulling the trigger because of it lol
