Default GT28R Wastegate question

I finally decided on getting the GT28R for my turbo LS project. Ordered it from http://www.cheapturbo.com. It's internally gated, but I can't find a definite answer as to when it opens. I've read 5.5 and 7 psi. Does anyone have a clue?

Thanks.

So what is it just whatever they felt like setting it to when they made it or what? There's gotta be some kind of spec for it.

Hook a mighty vac up to that thing (set for pressure) and you'll have your answer.
