Gsr turbo compression help

I am getting my jdm gsr engine built next week and i was wondering if it would be better to rebuild with stock 10 to 1 ratio and sleeve block or rebuild with 9 to 1 ratio and sleeve block? Which would be cheaper? Im looking to make 300+hp

seems like a lot of people get 300 out of a stock engine.

But how reliable is it at 300hp?
