Your head will be fine for that power goal.

The intercooler should be fine but don't take my word for it..

Id go with 3'' exhaust piping.

Were your other three existing threads not good enough for you? You don't need to keep making a new thread every time you have a question - just keep it all in one. People will start to get ticked at you when they realize they've repeated themselves.

For your intercooler piping, 2.5". For your exhaust piping, 3".

The rail and FPR are unnecessary for your build - just underhood bling.

And there's a HUGE difference between RC 1000cc (Rochester/Lucas style) Injectors and a 1000cc Bosch-style (Injector Dynamics, Fuel Injector Clinic [FIC]) in terms of use and driveability. The RC 1000cc should be substituted with a for a Bosch-Style injector when you go that high.

More efficiently, given the same fuel pressure and its differing spray pattern, yes. Plus, they come in High z with no need for a resistor box. Your RCs will not do that.

eBay is NOT GOING TO HELP YOU HERE.

Check and research

Injector Dynamics
Fuel Injector Clinic
Grams Injectors
Deutschwerks Injectors

If you can google RC injectors, you can find these companies.

P.S. And for god's sake why a 62-1 for 450whp? You must have gotten that for free or something right? You'll get 450whp alright.... with so much lag you'll get there next week, while an old Fiesta passes you right by.

Yes, very much so. And, if it has the wrong exhaust wheel (which is more than likely) , well.. let's just say, you'll be one of the more interesting people for competing enthusiasts to look at you basically as though you are bloody chum in shark-infested waters.
