Default B20v head/fuel setup advice

I picked up a b20 Shortblock:

- B20Z Block 84.5mm
- Eagle Rods with ARP Bolts
- ACL Race Main and Rod Bearings
- YCP ITR Pistons ~11.8:1cr with B16 Head
- Hastings Racing Piston Rings
- Cometic Head Gasket
- New OEM Oil Pump
- New OEM Water Pump
- New OEM Rear Seal
- New OEM Oil Pan Gasket
- New OEM Crank Pulley
- New OEM Timing Belt Tensioner
- Skunk2 Magnetic Oil Drain Plug

I'm planning on running a b16 head. My question is about what valve train and cams I should run. Also, what size injectors? I'm planning on getting it tuned on 91 pump gas since it will be my daily. I would like to see over 200hp and mostly it will be driven respectfully besides getting on it for fun here and there. Anyone have any pointers in general even if it's not directly related to head/injectors?
