A friend of mine just had a JRSC with boost upgrade (8lbs) put on his GSR. The motor has about 4000 miles on it. Anyway, Yesterday he took me for a ride and I watched his boost gauge while he punched it in 2-4 gears. Each time he was hitting 10lbs of boost. I don't have too much experience with sc'd cars but this doesn't seem right. On the engine he has a DC 4-2-1 header, AEM HAI, and a Thermal exhaust. Anyone else has any experience with such a phenomenon? Thanks for the input guys.

i dont know why either....some friends of mine have the same thing.boosting 6 but their gauges read 1-2 psi higher... we thought it was cause of their stock exhausts...but...i dont thin k it is...im betting its the AUTOMETER boost gauge!
