I found a 100k original mile gsr B18c1 with original gsr trans integra with boost for sale and was wondering what the expected hp #s could be from the guys turbo setup. The guy says its making around 450 fwhp but i know its probably not true. What do u guys think its making????

Here's the setup on the gsr

Motor (all matching vins on motor and trans)
-GSR B18C1
-full head job valves springs retainers port polished
-ARP head studs
-GSR trans
-450cc
-50 trim with downpipe
-Misimoto intercooler and piping
-jdmsport wastegate
-knockoff HKS bov
-tuned on crome
-Skunk2 manifold
-moroso oil pan
-complete wire tuck

 

Also it has 255 pump, skunk 2 manifold as well as throttle body and vtech kicks in at around 4800 If u guys think u need more info let me know so that i can ask the seller

 

Two things that stand out. First there are no forged internals just head studs so 450 whp would be a little much. Secondly unless you're running 20 psi plus on a 50 trim i dont thing you can make 450 whp . It is probably closer to 300

 

Its just running on around 10 - 11 psi im thinking maybe 250+ right???

 

450cc injectors run out of steam around 270-280hp

 

on 10psi you might have close to 300whp! It all depends though. Every car will not be the same result. Buy it and get it on a dyno!

 

$4,000 dollars sound good for a 4dr 94 integra with this boosted engine???

 

impossible to say without knowing what that turbo is. is it an authentic garrett 50? a precision 5031e? a 5431e? what is it? to ballpark the good ones will hit 300whp around 10-12psi and you'll want larger injectors. 650s would be a good fit at 300whp.

look in the gsr dyno thread, you'll see a few of these

if it's a china turbo....who knows? impossible to know what it flows

 

that turbo will max out on a gsr at some where around 400whp. this car at that boost level is a 300hp car depending on the tune.

 

What would u recommend to get to the 400whp safely? injectors? or a bigger turbo and a custom tune? Who would be the best tuner around chicago and milwaukee??
