Default Gsr block o-ring help

I have a gsr 84mm sleeve block with with o-ring and deck. During my last time taking apart the head. It took me a couple try to get the copper o-ring correct for the block and head to seal. I don't know why but before that I never had a problem with it. Now I notice I'm losing coolant in my reservoir and under my valve cover show sign of white foam. Is there anything that I may being doing wrong? Can I just take the copper wire out and not use any?? I'm not sure what to do now. I have no over heading problem and I didn't notice any bubble when I open my radiator cap. I used the 84mm gsr 3piece metal head gasket I get off a guy from ebay. My main concern is can I not run the copper wire while my block has been machine for it ?? I'm on e85. I notice more white smoke during the morning than normal. Even after the car has been warm up. I don't notice any white smoke during the afternoon on a warm day.
