as long as you're under 12.5:1 with FI then i would consider that good. If he chose to tune a little rich then that is his discretion. I guess what im saying is if you dont like it find another tuner.

BTW you will not see much of an hp difference by leaning it out. So I would consider it safer to run a little on the rich side.

Those are good. Also if you have any reason to not trust your tuner completely then find another. You pay him for a reason, unless you got a free tune than I understand your curiosity

well right i guess what i ment to ask is what other people are running with that psi range. cause i liked how he tuned it. running a little rich is always better cause as stated above it runs 11.5:1.

cause i love my tuner he is a really good guy and knows his ish. just curios to what other poeple run.

off topic but whats the spec of your engine mate and what exhaust housing are you running? and what power @ 14psi?

afr sounds ideal to me, always better to be safe than sorry..

Ideal afr is 11.5-12 for boost. You can go leaner on race gas because of the high octane but its all about the tuner.

If you're having problems with detonation often your tuner will add a little extra fuel to work as a liquid intercooler.

If you've ever tried to tune a JRSC to redline on a high-comp JDM B18C you'll know what I'm talking about

In other words, 11.5:1 is probably fine. I usually aim for 12:1. I prefer safety over power.

12:1 is safer than 11.5:1?
