Default GS-R tranny w 4.785 fd...

I just purchased a 94 GS-R trans with a jdm itr final drive and lsd..thing is, it didn't come with a VSS, so if I use my b16 VSS will my speedo be off?..I know changing tire sizes changes it so changing the FD would basically be the same thing right?....if this is the case is there a VSS that is designed specifically for the 98 spec ITR's with the 4.785 FD?

the vss connects to a speedo ring that goes around the differential. The speedo ring is seperate from the final drive gear ring. The only thing that will throw off your speedo reading is if you change the size of your wheels/tires
