greddy turbo timer problem

greddy turbo timer problem
00 civic si turbo, i have the harness & piggy-backed the ignition system, but i have 2 more connectors that i cant find where they go. when i turn the car on the timer doesnt turn on, but when i go to remove the ground wire, it BEEPS & OFF is displayed on the screen.
i dunno what going on.
