Do I need to bore out the wastegate hole on my manifold?
The wastegate flange on my turbo manifold has a much smaller hole than the hole on my Tial wastegate. Could this cause boost creep or any other problems. Should I get it bored out or can i just not worry about it?

wow thats a tiny hole. Do have a b-series vtec head? i remember when i first bought a muetek manifold for my gsr i couldnt place the wastegate right on the top without it hitting the head, i needed a elbow for the wastgate in order for it to fit...

Yes, I have a b series vtec head. My wastegate does fit without the elbow, but it does kind of sit against the head. It does not look like it will be a problem though.

Thanks. I guess that I might just leave it the way it is for now unless i can tell there is a problem.

I'm hoping for 300 on a stock internal GSR. I'm glad you guys have had good luck with this manifold.

only thing is you should grind down the area between cylinders 1 and 2 on the manifold as its a pretty tight fit for the dipstick, i shaved some of the plastic off my dipstick too

With this manifold did you need to use a slim fan or a half mount radiator? I don't see how I will be able to mount a downpipe to the turbo. The radiator fan is right in the way and also the turbo will not clear the radiator.

i had mine on a 96 civic so naturally i did have a half size radiator but i did have to use a slim fan and shave the block, i had my compressor facing the tranny and no power steering or ac so it was easy for me that is an AC friendly manifold though, i just had a 3" downpipe
