Can somebody please post the part numbers to make the stainless steel braided lines for the oil feed line? Mine is leaking and i need to replace it, and i can not drive it, because the oil drops on the downpipe and a lot of white smoke comes from underneath the car. i really need my car fixed, and appreciate the help guys.
The t3/t4 oil feed lines are different than the greddy ones.

Greddy does not sell anything separately. Want a new greddy hose? buy a new greddy turbo kit.
or goto a hose sales/fabrication place and get them to make a new one. SS braiding is not necessary. Just show em the old hose and they can duplicate it.

OK, I just spent a half hour putting together a shopping list for you. Keep in mind this is exactly how I did my feed/return system. I decided not to use the factory oil sensor because i went with a mechanical oil pressure gauge that runs off the feed "T" coming off the block. Also I used a union in the pan---drilled bigass hole and sealed with silicon, in this case Im giving you stratoseal p/n so you can do it right (which I didnt do--in light of getting turbo install done)
All part numbers are from amstreetrod.com ---best prices and parts are always in stock.
Feed:
1/8 nipple for block -- 991101
1/8 "T" -- 991701
1/8 to -4AN -- 981604
(2 needed) -4AN straight swivelseal hose ends -- 300104
(4 ft needed) -4AN ss hose -- 400040
For adapter to turbo you will need one of these depending on the size of the hole on the turbo itself.....
1/8 npt hole 982204 (Smaller T3's use this one I believe)
1/4 npt hole 982244 (This was the one I used for my t3t4)
Return:
Aluminum return flange found at turbocharged.com p/n is 20259.
-10AN flange side male to hose -- 824510
(2 ft needed) -10AN hose -- 400100
-10AN 45 to pan fitting -- 804610
-10AN union for tapping pan -- 981510
-10AN bluhead nut for union in pan -- 992410
Stratoseal for union (package includes 2) -- 178014
here u go...someone from here did this....I saved it on my comp

The actual hose is coming out of the crimp hose ends and the oil is leaking from there. Deep, did you install the coper washers? If you didnt, thats all you need then.

I can build the lines and i know most of the parts i am just having a problem with the part that goes into the turbo. The Banjo Bolt that goes into the turbo is inverted flare, and i can not find a hose end that has a flare end that will pug into the inverted flare on the turbo.or goto a hose sales/fabrication place and get them to make a new one. Does anybody know the part that will go into the turbo and i can work from there.
thanks for your help guys. Second day without car and it sucks.

but this is for t3/t4 turbos. greddy is a little bit different. I just need the portion that plugs into the turbo.anybody?
just installed a steel braided oil return line on my greddy kit
i simply cut the turbo flange a bit then threaded the inside of it to 3/8, used a 3/8 to -10an 90 degree bend swivel seal hose end earl fitting, mated that up with a 1ft of steel braided hose, then connected the hose to a -10an to -10an 45 degree bend swivel seal hose end earl fitting which connects to a -10an flange which is welded to the oil pan
you will have to cut the steel braided hose to fit, because 1ft is more than enough
<http://www.anplumbing.com> is the place i got my hose end earl fittings at, and the part numbers i listed below
804610 Swivel-Seal 45 deg. Tube Hose End
829011 90Deg. Swivel-Seal Hose End Male Threaded
400100 Premium Racing Hose. THE BEST! (Use Swivel Seal or Auto-Fit Hose Ends)
967110 Steel Weld Fitting
hope that helps
for everything it costed about $80
_______
how bout this one?? this was done by roaring turtle...for greddy sohc kit...I am thinking all greddy turbo has the same size in return line...hope this helps...

Greddy turbos use different fittings than T3/T4 for the feed line. Don't use -4AN, use -3AN. Get the braided teflon hose. The hose you buy will have a much smaller outside diameter than the stock Greddy hose, but that's just insulation, don't worry. You'll need to get a 10mm x 1.25 banjo bolt (or reuse the one you have), a 10mm banjo with -3AN male fitting. Make sure you use 2 new copper washers. Don't reuse the old ones. From there just get whatever adaptor you'll need to attach the other end of the -3AN hose to NPT. If you have a problem finding any of this stuff, let me know and I'll look it up for you. I have some links saved.

Thanks Evil Beaver, this is exactly what i was looking for. i did not know the sizes of the banjo bolt and the bolt. Thanks a lot. Greddy turbos use different fittings than T3/T4 for the feed line. Yeah i am back in CA till FEB when i finish school, and then i am moving back to Dallas to continue my job. Yeah i would have been nicer to spend $25, instead of $70. oh well.

would those part numbers also work for the tdo4-15g sohc turbo
Which parts are you refering to the feed/return?

i'm not sure if someone said, if they did, sorry for reapoeting, but the GReddy line uses an inverted flare, you will have to change that most likely.... i know i am
Yep that is true i'm not sure if someone said, if they did, sorry for reapoeting, but the GReddy line uses an inverted flare, you will have to change that most likely.... i know i am
, that is why you have to replace the banjo bolt on the turbo. Honda-Tech Member

I am refering to the return line. Because I looked at the hahnracecraft site about the part # HTZ -7190 and it said it would only work for tdo5/tdo6 turbos. I have the small tdo4. Will it work anyways?Which parts are you refering to the feed/return?
PS: Sorry for the late reply.

hahnracecraft.com sells an adapter fitting to connect a -4 hose to the oil feed inlet on Mitsubishi turbos...just a thought

Well, sonofabitch, I guess somebody else already mentioned it
