Default greddy 18g question

alright i am going to be putting in a b16a2 in my 98 honda eg. i was wondering what i should do to the engine before i add the greddy 18g turbo. i have heard lots of things, i want to run a good amount of boost and not have it hurt the internals.

What do you consider a good amount of boost? HP numbers?

There's a guy making 273whp on a bone stock D16.

NerdSports. In his sig it says 273. I was talking to another guy (don't remember his name) and he told me that NerdSports was making that on a stock block.
