Leaking fuel?
I can't imagine that the B20 would even run with 4x as much fuel as stock going through it.

The fuel has to be going somewhere. You are either running so rich that you are basically dumping fuel in (in which case the car would run like crap and would billow black smoke), or the fuel is leaking out of your tank or one of the lines.
Have you checked all the lines? Have you checked the condition of the spark plugs? Soaked with fuel, covered in carbon? Is your return line not going back to the tank?

Okay, tell us everything about the fuel system. What pump, what injectors, what fuel management?

it runs like a scaulded dog but this gas milage sucks, it sounds like a v-8 supercharged with the lope and the whine, I just put it all together yesterday, so I havent had time to go to the dyno yet, but I have allready filled the tank up 3 times in the past 24 hrs.

Im guessing the maps in the Gude ECU arent for your car...that in combination with FMU you are running super rich.
Why on god's green earth would you build such a beast and use that combination?
What ECU is this running on?
Have you looked into TurboEdit???

Okay, what you are going to need to do is test your fuel pressure. My guess is that the combination of a FMU (of unknown pitch) AND an adjustable pressure regulator is to blame.
If your fuel pressure is spiking to 100 PSI that would explain the rich condition right off. The pressure reglators can easily be maladjusted and cause this.
If that isn't it, you have a SAFC, might as well use it for diagnosis. Yank 50% of MAP signal and see if that doesn't make it run better.

the fuel pressure guage is set at 40 but when you give it gas it goes to 45 then back down to 28 from 2000to 5000rpm.

Okay, then adjust the SAFC as I suggested. If that makes it run better, then the problem is the map loaded onto the Gude ECU. It needs to be tuned.

Sure, it is easy enough.
Assuming that the SAFC is hooked up right, and functioning correctly, you just need to go into "settings" then "Lo THR", which will show a graph. Turn the dial counter-clockwise to make the setting drop to negative corrections. Then fress the right arrow over and do the same to the next section of the graph.
Now, if the SAFC is not functioning correctly.... There may be other problems. If you don't know how to use it I am guessing that you didn't install it, and if you didn't install it who the hell knows what the settings are on.
But going through the "etc" menu,
# of cylinders should be set to 4,
the throttle should be set to [arrow up],
the sensor type should be pressure sensor,
the pressure sensor settings should be 6 in, 6 out,
"th set point" should be 00 low, 95 high
So first make sure the unit is set up right, see if that fixes it. Then try taking fuel out with it, see if that fixes it. Then take your car to a tuner to get it tuned right. The more this thread continues, more possible problems are appearing than fixes. You have a complex system there and you need to know how to tune it, or find someone who does!

why in the world would you even run a crazy fuel setup like that? Get some larger injectors, ditch that afc, ditch the fmu, get rid of the gude program(not sure why you would be running that on your setup???), and look into turbo edit or something.

Hey man i got the Zydne Gold ECU from my turbo car ... made it run 10000000% awesome if your interested let me know i dont want that much for it ... also got some 450's you could have ... easy to tune and it actually ran better than many of my factory turbo cars ... SMOOTH as hell .. plus i made over 300 whp easy on it with minor tuning on my B20 .. So let me know man im looking to get rid of it plus it will make your car last a lot longer than a SAFC hack and fmu
