Good to use Lightened Flywheel with Nitrous?

Default Good to use Lightened Flywheel with Nitrous?

I just read someones post and they said that a lightened flywheel is no good for cars that use nitrous. Is this true?

About all I can say is that a lighter flywheel with Nitrous is NOT a good idea because the chance of you catching traction drops. However...don't get me wrong...if you have GOOD TIRES, LSD, a kick *** clutch, and maybe a progressive nitrous controller you won't have to worry about it.

Traction is the only reason why people stay away from light weight flywheels and nitrous. Remember...a 50 shot is not like boost...it means 50hp at the very second your noids receive 12v power...so that is SUDDEN!
