Default Good turbo for my application?

What is the best turbo for a b16/b18, spools as fast as possible, and provides up to 19-20 psi efficiently. im not to intelligent when it comes to picking the right turbo for a specific application. IF a site exists that explains all the physics and AR, stage, trim, ect. that would be helpful, otherwise just help me find a good turbo.

buy a 60 trim .63 if you are really a built engine w/ a high redline...if you have an LS redline like me....48a/r w/ a 50, 54, or 57 trim...the larger are better..
